Senior Management
William A. Murphy
President and CEO
Bill is President and CEO of Dextrys, Inc., responsible for setting the company's overall vision and strategy, as well as managing all day-to-day operations. He joined Dextrys in 2008 and has held multiple executive and delivery roles for the company.
Bill has over 20 years of experience in software development across various fields of product engineering. IT development and IT services. Prior to Dextrys, Bill worked at Keane, Inc., where he ran several of the firm's largest IT outsourcing clients. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy and holds B.A. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Harvard University.
Kevin Peng Zhang
President, Asia
Kevin is President of Dextrys Asia and Vice Chairman of Jiangsu Outsourcing Association. He brings 15 years of leadership experience in the IT and outsourcing industries. He is also a national certificated management consultant and an honorary professor of College of SIP Service Outsourcing.
Prior to Dextrys, Kevin served in leadership positions at IT companies, as vice president at PhoenixZ Information Technology, and as CTO of Dixun software. He began his career as a software engineer at BenQ.
Kevin holds an MBA from Tongji University and a computer and economic management bachelor's degree from Northwest University.
Michael S. O'Brien
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Michael is Vice President of Finance and Administration. Having joined Dextrys in 2007, he oversees the company's worldwide finance and administrative functions. He brings over 20 years of financial leadership to Dextrys, of which the past 15 years have been focused in the IT and outsourcing industries.
Prior to Dextrys, Michael, held financial outsourcing leadership roles at Glotel, a division of Adecco. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from New Hampshire College and has completed the CPA exam.
Rajesh Bashyam
Vice President, East Coast Client Services
Rajesh is Vice President Client Services, responsible for maintaining the highest standards in client delivery for all of the company's clients in the eastern half of the U.S. He brings over 18 years of experience in software and product delivery, including software development, architecture of complex solutions, and management.
Prior to Dextrys, Rajesh helped build Universal Software Corporation's offshore development services in India. He was instrumental in team creation, process management, US sales support, client management and delivery. Previously, he was a Program Manager with Wipro Technologies. He has also held Technical Project Management and client liaison positions at Banctec and Sabre Inc. Rajesh holds an M.S. in Computer Science from University of Texas.

Neil Garfinkel
Job Position
Neil is a co-founder of Francisco Partners and has been a partner since its formation in 1999. He invests primarily in the software and services sectors, and currently serves on the board of directors of Foundation 9 Entertainment, FrontRange Solutions, LYNX Medical Systems, WebTrends, and Ex Libris. He has been a director of companies such as AKQA, Office Tiger (RR Donnelley), Xcellenet (Sybase), IMPAC Medical Systems (Elekta), Card Capture Services (eTrade), and HMT Technology (Komag).
Prior to co-founding Francisco Partners, Neil was a Managing Director of Friedman Fleischer & Lowe, and a Vice President with Summit Partners. Earlier in his career, he was an attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto and with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Neil is a graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
Brian T. Keane
Job Position
An IT industry veteran, Brian has expertise in building high-value business and IT services companies. As part of Francisco Partners' acquisition of Dextrys in 2007, he was brought in to build Dextrys into the leading global IT services firm leveraging China offshore resources.
Brian is former president and CEO of Keane, Inc. (NYSE:KEA), a billion-dollar business and IT outsourcing firm with over 10,000 employees. Under his leadership, the company evolved from an IT programming services firm into an industry-leading provider of high-value outsourcing services, renowned for the consistency and quality of its delivery.
Brian pioneered many innovative industry practices in the areas of managing, measuring, and delivering outsourcing services. He launched Keane's global delivery model by establishing near-shore facilities in Canada in 1996 and offshore facilities in India in 2001. He also led the company into the business process outsourcing (BPO) market to capitalize on the synergies available by combining business processes, IT services and global delivery. Brian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor degree from Harvard College.
Mike Kohlsdorf
Job Position
Mike brings a wealth of experience to Dextrys. He is currently an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners and recently served as president and CEO of ADERANT, a leading global provider of enterprise software for professional services organizations. Prior to ADERANT, Mike was senior vice president of enterprise services and a corporate officer for IKON Office Solutions as well as president and CEO of T/R Systems. He has had an active role in executive management within leading technology companies for over two decades.
Mike holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame where he majored in International Business and participated in an exchange program with the London Business School. Mike is also on the Board of Directors of Emailvision, CrossMatch and Paymetric.
Alan Perkins
Job Position
The founder of Dextrys, Alan has led the company to several important milestones, including developing a national client base, building a solutions-based delivery model, and forming its global outlook in IT solutions. For over 25 years, he has contributed in many areas of IT including strategy, solutions, and people. His previous entrepreneurial ventures include software companies Cogentric and Edgewater Technology.
Alan serves as Development Committee Co-Chair for the Steadman Hawkins Sports Medicine Foundation in Vail, Colorado, and is Founder and Chairman of the Fish House Foundation, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to awarding college scholarships to help students pursue a lifetime of learning and exploration.
